The Leave Card Report maps the employee details with leave-related information such as total number of leaves (Total_Leave) , leaves utilized (Consumed), pending approvals (Pending), and the remaining available leaves (Balance) for the employee.
Note: In this report, Balance column represents the number of leaves that the user can still apply. The balance is calculated by deducting the number of approved leave applications from the total number of leave applications.
When you click the Download Report button, the report is downloaded to your computer in the MS Excel format. The following figure shows a sample report:
