You can create leave types and associate them to an affiliate.
Note : You cannot edit a system-configured leave type. Also note that the comp-off- related leave types are system-created and you cannot edit them.
To create a new leave type and add it to an affiliate of an organization
- Select Organization >Leave Types from SecurTime side menu. The Leave Types main page is displayed.
- Click on +New Leave Type to add a new leave type to an affiliate. The Create Leave Type page is displayed.
- Select the affiliate where you want to associate or add the leave type from Select Affiliate.
- Enter the name of the leave type in Name.
- Enter an abbreviation for this leave type in Abbreviation.
Note : The given abbreviation is reflected as Attendance Status in Reports and in the Attendance Calendar on dashboard.
- Click Save to save the leave type configuration. The newly added leave type is displayed in the Leave Types main page.
